1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Ressq (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Responsible Use

• You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use the Service in your country.
• Ressq provides information and predictions only. We do not guarantee outcomes or returns. Bet responsibly. If gambling is illegal where you live, do not use our betting features.

3. Accounts & Security

• You’re responsible for your login credentials and any activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; their terms and privacy policy apply.
• Refund policy: 14‑day cooling‑off for EU consumers on digital services unless waived at purchase.
• We may change pricing or plans; we’ll notify you of material changes in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

Don’t do anything illegal or abusive on the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security/rate limits
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Manipulate odds or results, or misrepresent your identity

6. User Content & Licence

If you post or upload content, you retain ownership but grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display it for operating and improving the Service. You’re responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, models, data, text, images and trademarks, is owned by PFMOJI ltd or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third‑Party Services

We integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Google Ads, Firebase, PostHog, Vercel). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We’re not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or the entire Service at any time. We try to keep downtime minimal but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Predictions are informational; outcomes are uncertain.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PFMOJI ltd harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or we’re required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by going to your profile and cancelling your subscription. Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, indemnity) will survive.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

15. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver of it.
• Assignment: You can’t assign these Terms without our consent; we can assign them as part of a merger or sale.
• Entire agreement: These Terms (plus policies linked here) are the entire agreement between us about the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (e.g., email or banner). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
