Delete your account & data

Request account & data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Ressq account and the personal data we hold about you. To submit a request, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@getressq.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address registered to your Ressq account.
  3. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first — via the Google Play app, Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or your Profile page on the web — to avoid further charges.
  4. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • Saved bet history and bet review conversations
  • App preferences and settings
  • Usage and analytics data linked to your account

What we retain & why

  • Billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by UK financial regulations.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely; these contain no personally identifiable information.
